Order Confirmation

Once your order is processed an email confirmation will be sent to the email address that you supply within 24 hours. Be sure to keep and print this email as a record of your purchase.

This email will include the important details about your order including the delivery address, what you have ordered and your order reference number. If you do not receive an email from us there are several possibilities why.

Although spam blockers are intended to block unwanted emails they can often block emails that you require too, which may be the case.

Alternatively, you may have submitted your email address incorrectly. Either way, if you do not receive an email from us within 24 hours of placing your order please contact us.
