If you would like to return a product that you have purchased from our online store please feel free to contact us for prompt assistance.
Delivery costs are non-refundable once the order has been sent out.
This money is paid directly to the Shipping Company for their services so is non-redeemable once an order is processed and dispatched.
Returning Dynamiclear
Dynamiclear comes with an unconditional 100% Money Back Guarantee. This entitles you to try Dynamiclear for six months to see if it meets your satisfaction.
If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product any time within this period for a full product refund (less postage).
All Other Products
Other items purchased in our store can be returned within 30 days after your purchase for a product refund, as per our return policy. The item must be returned unopened and in the original packaging. The item must be in a saleable condition, partially used products cannot be credited.
For your assurance, when returning any product please use a shipping company that offers tracking and proof of delivery as refunds cannot be issued on packages that our returns department do not receive.
Cancellations
If you change your mind after ordering and decide that you no longer wish to try Dynamiclear please contact us as soon as possible.
Due to expenses involved in canceling an order that has been dispatched, a 10% restocking fee may apply. Postage costs are non-refundable if your order has already been sent.
