Up-to-the minute tracking information

When you place your order with Dynamiclear Pty Ltd and choose a UPS Delivery Option a tracking number is sent to your email address instantly -- the moment your order is dispatched.  You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery every step of the way, from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches you safely. Royal Mail tracking numbers are also available upon request for our UK and European residents.

We specialize in delivery to box and armed forces addresses through Royal Mail (UK and Europe) and the US Postal Service (USA).  To have your order sent to a box or military address please choose one of these options (such as any Royal Mail service, USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail).

Instructions: Select your Country of Service (for example, United States) and then choose your Base from the list provided in the "State" section (for example APO AE). If you have any concerns, please specify them in the Additional Comments Box on the order form.

All delivery services quoted on our website apply to business days only.  However, this simple guide will help you to select the best delivery option when ordering late in the week:

How is Dynamiclear packaged for delivery?

Our product is mailed in a small, plainly labelled parcel.  There is NO mention of the word "Dynamiclear", "herpes" or the purpose of the product.  For customs purposes the product is listed as a "Personal Care Item".

What will be inside of the package?

Each order contains one vial of Dynamiclear and one application pamphlet, sealed and bubble-wrapped inside a plain package.  For added privacy protection, the word herpes does not appear on the vial or the front cover of the pamphlet.

Will the credit card billing be confidential?

Yes, completely! When you order Dynamiclear the credit card charge will appear from "Global Herbal Supplies", AU. The word herpes is not mentioned on any invoicing or billing statements.

Our Sister Company, Global Herbal Supplies sell over 10,000 natural health care products which all display the exact same credit card reference. This makes your Dynamiclear purchase inconspicuous.

What happens with my personal details... are they private?

In order to process your order smoothly we do require from you a few personal details, such as your name, contact information and your address for delivery.  Information submitted through our Online Order Form is used for the purpose of order fulfilment ONLY.
